Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá úroveň self managementu a time managementu studentů vysokých škol. V teoretické části práce jsou na základě odborné literatury objasněny pojmy self management a time management, včetně metod a technik sloužící ke zvýšení úrovně sebeřízení a zlepšení hospodaření s časem. V analytické části práce je porovnána úroveň sebeřízení a řízení času studentů Fakulty managementu a ekonomiky a Fakulty aplikované informatiky. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou formulována navrhovaná doporučení, které pomohou zvýšit úrověň sebeřízení a řízení času studentům.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis examines the level of self and time management of university students. In the theoretical part, the terms self and time management are clarified based on professional literature, including methods and techniques used to increase the level of self-management and to improve time management. In the practical part, the levels of self-management and time management of students from Faculty of Management and Economics and Faculty of Applied Informatics are compared. On the basis of acquired data, recommendations for students are suggested, which could help increase the level of self and time management.
