Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje ab initio výpočtům vlastností struktur obsahujících hliník, železo a kobalt. Konkrétně se jedná o struktury: Al3Fe13 modifikaci struktury D03, modifikovanou inverzní Heuslerovu strukturu (modelovanou pomocí dvou různě velkých buněk: Al4Co4Fe8 a Al8Co8Fe16) a modifikovanou inverzní Heuslerovu strukturu Al8Co8Fe16 obsahující antifázové hranice. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the ab initio calculations of properties of structures containing aluminium, iron and cobalt. The studied structures are: the Al3Fe13 modification of the D03 structure, the modified inverse Heusler phase (modelled by means of two cells of different size: Al4Co4Fe8 and Al8Co8Fe16) and the modified inverse Heusler structure containing antiphase grain boundaries.
