Předmětem práce „Postup k odstranění pochybností“ je rozbor tohoto institutu a jeho postavení v daňovém procesu, zejména při nárokování daňových odpočtů. Práce však řeší nejen jeho časové a věcné zařazení, ale i jeho jednotlivé části a možnost obrany proti nim. The subject of diploma thesis “Procedure to remove the doubts” is to analyse this institution and its role in the tax process, particularly during entitlement to tax deductions.
