Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem na pracovní poměr jako na základní pracovněprávní vztah, řeší jednotlivé druhy pracovněprávních vztahů z hlediska daně z příjmu fyzických osob, jejich zdanění, uplatnění a doložení nezdanitelných částek.
Abstract:
Main goal of my bachelor work consists in detail description of employment problematic as the basic labour relation, describes individual types of labourelationlaw relations from the basic rate tax for physical person point of view, it’s using and final application of nontaxable amount.
