Analysis of human resources management and proposals to its streamlining in a particular company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je věnována analýze řízení lidských zdrojů a návrhu na zefektivnění. Práce obsahuje tři části. První část popisuje teorii týkající se lidských zdrojů. Druhá část je věnována analýze řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku. V poslední části práce je zhodnocen průzkum. Na základě jeho výsledků je vytvořen návrh na zefektivnění řízení lidských zdrojů.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is devoted to the analysis of human resources management and to proposals for its streamlining. The work is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theory related to human resources. The second part is devoted to the analysis of human resources management in the current state of the company.
