Microbiology of eggs obtained from distribution chain
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je téma Mikrobiologie vajec tržní sítě, se zaměřením na způsoby možné kontaminace a druhy mikroorganismů, které tuto kontaminaci způsobují. Výsledkem práce je přehled o základních způsobech chovů nosnic, informace o struktuře, chemickém složení vajec a také jejich fyzikálních vlastnostech.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis{\crq} subject is Microbiology of retail-sold eggs. Thesis focuses on possible ways of egg{\crq}s contamination and it describes different species of micro-organisms which evoke this contamination. The result of my thesis is summary of main methods of layers, information about chemist and physical properties.
