Foreign exchange intervention as an instrument of the monetary policy
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je provést vzájemnou komparaci devizových intervencí v České republice, Švýcarsku a Izraeli. Dále bude analyzována účinnost měnové politiky realizované formou devizových intervencí ve vybraných zemích pomocí CPI a HDP. Vztah účinnosti devizových intervencí a zvolených ekonomických ukazatelů byl hodnocen pomocí Grangerovi kauzality.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the impact of foreign interventions among Czech Republic, Switzerland and Israel. Furthemore, the effectiveness of monetary policy realized by foreign exchange interventions will be analyzed in selected countries using indicators CPI and HDP.
