Deposition of iron doped tin oxides coatings and their characterizations.
Abstract:
Oxidy kovů mají nezastupitelnou roli v oblasti plynových senzorů, některé moderní senzory pracují na principu rezonance povrchových plazmonů s dodatečnou přenosovou vrstvou. Cíl práce je připravovat definované přenosové vrstvy pro výzkum vlivu jednotlivých parametrů na detekční schopnosti senzorů.
Abstract:
Metal oxides have an important role in the area of gas sensors. Some modern gas sensors are based on a principle of surface plasmon resonance with additive transfer layer. The aim of this work is preparation of defined transfer layers for the research of the single parameter influence on detection properties of sensors.
