Cílem této diplomové práce je provést analýzu a realizaci projektu migrace procesů a dat na oddělení správy a vymáhání pohledávek v české pobočce banky v rámci projektu, který řeší přechod nadnárodní bankovní společnosti na novou systémovou platformu a jednotný datový sklad. The goal of my diploma thesis is to analyze and implement the migration of processes and data related to Collections department in Czech subsidiary of international banking corporation.
