H-T-P test: schizophrenic and schizoaffective patients

Abstract:

Tato práce se snaží zjistit, zda se budou v některých určených kresebných znacích H-T-P testu od sebe lišit kresby schizofrenních a schizoafektivních pacientů. Tato práce se také snaží zodpovědět na otázku, jestli se objevují rozdíly v určených kresebných charakteristikách u schizofrenních mužů a žen. Na základě Buckova manuálu (Buck, 1992) bylo stanoveno dohromady 46 kresebných znaků, které se týkaly všech třech kreseb (dům, strom a postava). Tyto znaky se následně porovnávaly v rámci výzkumných skupin. Zatímco mezi skupinami schizofrenních a schizoafektivních pacientů bylo signifikantně nalezeno pět kresebných rozdílů. Tak mezi schizofrenními muži a ženami jich bylo nalezeno více, konkrétně se jednalo o devět rozdílů. Jelikož má tato práce spíše explorativní charakter, tak by bylo vhodné na ní v budoucnu navázat obsáhlejší studií, která by mohla hlouběji ověřit výsledky této studie.

Abstract:

This thesis is trying to find out if there will be difference between schizophrenic and schizoaffective patients in drawing signs of H-T-P test. This thesis is also trying to answer the question, if there are any differences in given drawing characteristics between schozophrenic men and women. Based on Buck manual (Buck, 1992) were established 46 drawing characteristics, which covers all three drawings (house, tree and person) These drawing signs were then used to compare research group. Between schizopherenic and schizoaffective patients were discovered five significant drawing differences. And between schizophrenic men and women were discovered even more of this differences, specifficaly it there were discovered nine differences in drawing signs. Because character of this study is mostly exploratory, in future would be good to deepen this results with more comprehensive study, which could verify this results more.
