Cílem diplomové práce „Stakeholderská analýza podniku“ je analýza stávající strategie konkrétního podniku, stakeholderská analýza vybraných divizí podniku, zhodnocení jejího přínosu a návrh možných změn. The purpose of master thesis „Stakeholders analysis“ is analysis current strategy of specific company, stakeholders analysis selected divisions of company, evaluation its benefit and suggestion potential alternations.
