Bakalárska práca sa delí na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá bezbariérovým riešením stavieb občianskej vybavenosti a ich cenou. Práca je rozčlenená do šiestich kapitol. Prvá kapitola rieši základné pojmy používané v stavebnom zákone. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá bezbariérovými úpravami. Tretia kapitola popisuje metodiku ohodnocovania nehnuteľností a stavieb.
