Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování strategické analýzy, na jejímž základě auto navrhne vhodná doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj komerčních aktivit společnosti Dopravní podnik hl. m. Prahy, a. s. (dále DPP).
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of strategic analysis, on the basis of which author will propose suitable recommendations for the future development of commercial activities of Dopravní podnik hl. m. Praha, a. s. (hereinafter DPP).
