Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá zaměstnavatele a přehled jeho povinnosti v systému sociálního zabezpečení. Práce se opírá o právní předpisy upravující sociální zabezpečení s cílem pochopit závažnost povinností zaměstnavatele v kontextu s odvody na pojistné. This bachelor's thesis examines the employer and an overview of their obligations in the social security system. The thesis draws on social security legislation in order to understand the gravity of employer obligations in the context of social security contributions.
