Bakalářská práce „Molekulárně biologická diagnostika neurofibromatózy typu 1“ shrnuje současné poznatky o onemocnění, příznacích a diagnostice NF1. Teoretická část pojednává o onemocnění NF1, diagnostice a současné léčbě. V části „Diagnostika“ jsou popsány metody využívané k detekci NF1. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis „Neurofibromatosis type 1 diagnostics by methods of molecular biology“ summarizes present knowledge about disease, symptoms and diagnostics of NF1. The theoretical part focuses on the disease NF1, diagnostics and current therapy. In the part of „Diagnostics“ methods for detection NF1 are described.
