Crime Against Young People in Cyberspace

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kriminality páchané na mládeži v prostředí kyberprostoru a s tím spojeným nebezpečím stát se obětí této trestné činnosti. Cílem této práce je čtenáři vytvořit ucelený přehled informací a skutečností, kterými si vytvoří povědomí o možných nástrahách v prostředí internetu a sociálních sítích. První teoretická část je zaměřena na výklad základních pojmů z oblasti problematiky kriminality páchané na dětech a s tím spojených aspektů kyberkriminality s rozvojem informačních a komunikačních technologií. V současné době se často potýkáme s tímto trendem kriminality a je velice obtížné tuto kriminalitu odhalovat. Praktická část mé práce je zaměřena na kazuistiku týkající se této problematiky a dále šetření pomocí kvantitativní metody sběru dat prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření u nezletilých osob základních škol ve věku 9-13 let. V této práci jsou použity analytické a kvantitativní metody sběru dat.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of crime against youth in the environment of cyberspace and the associated risk of becoming a victim of this crime. The aim of this thesis is to provide the reader with a comprehensive overview of information and facts to create an awareness of the potential pitfalls of the Internet and social networking sites. The first heoretical part focuses on explaining the basic of the issues of crime against children and the related aspects of cybercrime with the development of information and communication technologies. Nowadays, we often face this crime trend and it is very difficult to detect this crime. The practical part of this thesis focuses on case studies pertaining to this issue and further investigations using quantitative data collection method through questionnaire survey among minors aged 9-13 years of primary school. Analytical and quantitative methods of data collection are used in this thesis.
