Práce představuje dřívější a současnou občanskoprávní úpravu výpovědi nájmu bytu se zaměřením na výpověď pro neplacení nájemného. Důraz je kladen na postavení obce jako pronajímatele, které vyplývá ze zákona povinnost účelně a hospodárně nakládat s majetek a zároveň zajišťovat potřebu bydlení vlastních občanů. Abstract:
The thesis introduces the former and current civil legislation on termination of flat tenancy focusing on the termination notice for nonpayment of rent. Emphasis is placed on the position of the municipality as the lessor, which has legal obligation to effective administration of property and also obligation to provide housing for its citizens.
