Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou zákona č. 108/2006Sb., je zaměřena na sociální služby, konkrétně tedy na sociální služby pro seniory. Pod pojmem senior si dnes můžeme představit člověka, který již dosáhl důchodového věku a od státu pobírá finanční podporu, tedy důchod. Někteří senioři jsou samozřejmě schopni samostatného bydlení, jiní naopak nejsou soběstační a jsou odkázáni na péči jiné osoby. …more

This work deals with questions of law act no. 108/2006 Coll. and is focused on social services, especially on social services for seniors. Today, the term "senior`` express a citizen who reached the retirement age and who takes a financial support from the state, called an old-age pension.
