Abstract:

Táto práca kombinuje inovovaný formát cvičení a chatovacie služby na vytvorenie platformy pre tabletop cvičenia. Chatovacie služby, ako napríklad Microsoft Teams alebo Slack sú veľmi často používané pre tímovú komunikáciu v priemysle. Používať tieto služby ako platformu pre tabletop cvičenia môže vytvoriť veľmi podobné prostredie prirovnateľné tomu skutočnému. Skupina požiadavok je vytvorená a niekoľko rôznych chatovacích služieb je porovnaných na základe týchto požiadavok. Mattermost je vybraný ako najvhodnejšia služba a prototyp pluginu je implementovaný. Výsledok práce je implementácia platformy na vykonávanie cvičení postavenej na open-source chatovaciej službe.

Abstract:

This work focuses on using an innovated exercise format in combination with chat services to provide a platform for tabletop exercises. Since chat services such as Microsoft Teams or Slack are heavily used for team communication in the industry, using one as a platform for a tabletop exercise can create a very similar environment to the real world one. A set of requirements is constructed and multiple different chat services are compared based on them. Mattermost is selected as the most suitable one and a prototype plugin is implemented. The result of this work is an implementation of a platform to run tabletop exercises based on an open-source chat service.
