Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje autoimunitní onemocnění se zaměřením na Systémový lupus erythematosus. Popisuje historické hledisko onemocnění, patofyziologii, diagnostiku, sledování remisí a světlic. V této práci je dále popsáno rozdělení onemocnění na jednotlivé typy. Poslední část se věnuje farmakologické, biologické a nefarmakologické léčbě
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis describes an autoimmune disease with a focus on Systemic lupus erythematosus. It describes the historical aspects of disease, pathophysiology, diagnostics and monitoring remissions and flares. The breakdown of the disease into different types is further described in this work. The final section deals with pharmacological, biological and non-pharmacological treatments.
