V predkladanej diplomovej práci sa autor zaoberá okrem konfrontácie platnej legislatívy z tejto oblasti s platnou judikatúrou aj prehľadom problematiky výkonu samotnej exekúcie na peňažné plnenia. Autor kladie dôraz najmä na EŘ a spôsoby exekúcie, ktoré sa vykonávajú v zmysle jeho právnej úpravy.
