The diploma thesis focuses on bullying in the workplace – mobbing, bossing, staffing. It explains these concepts, describes their causes of origin, prevention and subsequently the legislation. Specifically deals with this issue in terms of public administration and focuses on the incidence of bullying in the workplace in this sphere.
