Abstract:
The work is devoted to the effect of the phenomenon of the COVID-19 pandemic on consumer behaviour with a focus on the on-trade beer market. The thesis deals with the trends in the beer market, which were highlighted or accelerated due to the effect of COVID-19, and their influence on consumer behaviour.
