Analýza Vlivu Firemního Prostředí na Produktivitu Zaměstnanců v České Republice a Německu

Abstract:

Abstrakt Zaměstnanci ve firmě představují její nejcennější aktivum. Proto je velmi důležité zajistit jejich motivaci. Když jsou zaměstnanci motivovaní, projevují plné nasazení, přinášejí nové nápady a zajišťují konkurenceschopnost firmy. Udržováním motivované a spokojené pracovní síly můžeme zvýšit značně produktivitu firmy. Nicméně ne každý zaměstnanec je plně spokojen se svou rolí ve firmě , což ukazuje i má anketa. Tato studie se zabývá vysvětlením toho, jak zaměstnavatelé nebo nadřízení ve svém vlastním zájmu mohou mezi zaměstnanci v českých a německých firem vzbudit motivaci. Jsou vysvětleny nejdůležitější teorie motivace, jsou identifikovány rozdíly mezi českými a německými firmami, nejčastější chyby při utváření firemního prostředí a jsou z toho vyvozeny doporučení pro získání vyšší produktivity, aby budoucí rozhodovatelé a nadřízení mohli podniknout kroky ke zvýšení prduktivity a zároveň konkurenceschopnosti.

Abstract:

Abstract The employee within a company constitutes its most valuable asset. This is the reason why it becomes extremely important to ensure their motivation. When employees are motivated, they show their full commitment, contribute novel ideas and ensure the company's competitiveness. With keeping the workforce motivated and satisfied with their job, we can increase the company’s productivity. Nonetheless, not every employee is a fully satisfied within their role inside the company, as my survey shows. This study delves into explaining how employers or supervisors can instil motivation among employees, given that it is in their best interest to do so. The most important theories of motivation are explained, the most common mistakes in structuring the company environment are also identified, differences between German and Czech company environments are explained and recommendations to gain higher productivity are concluded from the survey so future decisionmakers and supervisors can take action to increase productivity and at the same time upgrade their competitiveness.
