Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá oceňováním amerických nemovitostních fondů Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Jejím cílem je zhodnotit jednotlivé metody, porovnat vybrané fondy obchodované na burze a zdůvodnit rozdílné hodnoty ocenění různými metodami. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. This bachelor’s thesis deals with the valuation of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) based in the USA. Its aim is to assess available valuation methods, compare selected publicly traded funds and provide reasons for the differences between the results of individual valuation techniques.
