Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo nastavení technologických podmínek pro soustružení výrobků z materiálů ABS Fotopolymer a VeroWhitePlus. Tato bakalářská práce byla vyhotovena na základě požadavku katedry výrobních systémů, která si nechala vytisknout x výrobků technologií Polyjet Matrix z materiálů ABS Fotopolymer a VeroWhitePlus. Při tomto procesu došlo k lidské chybě a katedra následně zjistila, že do vytisknutých kusů je nutné vysoustružit otvor. Jelikož pro tuto činnost nebyly známy technologické podmínky, všechny výrobky byly zničeny. V této bakalářské práci se podařilo definovat technologické podmínky nutné pro správné soustružení výrobků z materiálů ABS Fotopolymer a VeroWhitePlus.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis was to define the technological conditions for the turning of products made of materials called ABS Fotopolymer and VeroWhitePlus. This bachelor thesis was written because of the requirement of the Department of Production Systems that needed to print out x products made of materials ABS Fotopolymer and VeroWhitePlus by means of the technology Polyjet Matrix. However, the human mistake occured during this process and the Department of Production Systems found out that the hole had to be additionaly turned into all printed parts . Because of missing technological conditions, all products had to be scrapped. This bachelor thesis managed to define the right technological conditions necessary for the turning of products made of materials ABS Fotopolymer and VeroWhitePlus.
