DNA content and AT/GC genomic ratio in species of the genus Carex
Abstract:
Cílem práce je změření velikosti genomu, AT/GC genomového poměru a počtu chromozomů u rodu Carex za použití průtokové cytometrie. Získané výsledky jsou zkoumány z pohledu evoluce genomu tohoto rodu a zkoumány ve vztahu k ekologickým faktorům. Součástí práce je seznam studovaných druhů a naměřená data
Abstract:
I measured and studyied the genome size, AT/gc genomic ratio and chromosome numbers for the genus Carex by flow cytometry. The aim of work is to determinate if there is relationship between obtained data and evolution of genera and if there is correlation between my results and ecological factors. List of studies species and obtained data are included.
