Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit předávání osob mezi členskými státy Evropské unie (dále jen "členské státy"). Účelem a cílem bakalářské práce bylo posouzení, zda skutečně předáváním osob mezi členskými státy na základě evropského zatýkacího rozkazu dochází k naplnění jeho myšlenky a účelu, aby hranice mezi členskými státy nebyly ostnatou překážkou prosazení práva a zájmů společnosti.
Abstract:
The topic of my bachalor thesis is an assessment of the extradition process between the member states of the European Union ("member states" below). The objective and aim of this thesis is to review if the extradition process, in compliance with the European arrest warrant, fulfils its main ideas and objectives, so that the borders between the member states do not become barbed barriers to enforcing …more
