Abstract:

Cílem tohoto dokumentu bylo analyzovat faktory úspěchu Wal-Martu v jeho historii, a faktory úspěchu mezigeneračního předání prostřednictvím dědictví bohatství mezi členy rodiny Wal-Martu.Analyzujte a pochopte specifické problémy existující v obchodní posloupnosti, prodiskutujte a prodiskutujte odbornou přípravu talentů, dědičných metod, vztah mezi rodinnými příslušníky a nečleny rodiny a další otázky.Pomoci podnikům vybrat vhodné nástupce, formulovat jasné dědické plány, co nejvíce dosáhnout rovnováhy mezi rodinou a podnikem za sebou a vyřešit střety zájmů mezi rodinnými příslušníky a nečlenskými členy společnosti. Údaje byly získány z globálních rodinných obchodních průzkumů v 2019, na březnu 20 byl proveden průzkum rodinných vedoucích pracovníků 791 v 58 zemích, aby se zjistilo, jak vyváží dlouhodobou vizi s krátkodobými potřebami podnikání, aby jejich podnikání zůstalo zdravé. Výsledek indikovaný pro rodinné podniky, krátkodobá opatření a dlouhodobou strategii lze úspěšně realizovat obvykle závisí na dvou faktorech: řízení a komunikaci.Účinný systém řízení může podporovat komunikaci, rozhodování a řešení problémů mezi rodinnými příslušníky a rovněž přispívat ke zdravému a stabilnímu rozvoji podniků. Tato analýza je významná, protože do určit é míry vysvětluje faktory úspěchu rodinného podniku.V textu zkombinujeme Tento bod, aby se detailní analýza faktorů úspěchu z rodiny Walton.Hlavním výsledkem této práce je analyzovat úspěšné faktory křížové-generační předání rodinného podniku prostřednictvím případové studie z The Walton rodinné podnikání, a poskytnout referovatelné názory na dědictví Waltonovy rodiny.

Abstract:

The aim of this paper was to analyze The success factors of Wal-Mart through its history, and The success factors of cross-generation handover through The inheritance of wealth among Wal-Mart family members. Analyze and understand the specific problems existing in business succession, discuss and discuss the training of talents, inheritance methods, the relationship between family members and non-family members and other issues. To help enterprises select suitable successors, formulate clear succession plans, achieve the balance between family and enterprise in succession as far as possible, and solve the conflicts of interests between family members and non-family members of the company. The data were obtained from global family business surveys in 2019, A survey of 791 family business executives in 58 countries was conducted on March 20 to find out how they balance long-term vision with short-term business needs to keep their business healthy. The result indicated for family enterprises, short-term measures and long-term strategy can be successfully implemented usually depends on two factors: The management and communication. An effective management system can promote communication, decision-making and problem solving among family members, and also contribute to the healthy and stable development of enterprises. This analysis is significant because it explains the success factors of the family business to some extent. In the text, we will combine This point to make a detailed analysis of the success factors of the Walton family. The main outcome of this paper is to analyze The successful factors of The cross-generational handover of The family business through The case study of The Walton family business, and to provide referable opinions on The inheritance of The Walton family.
