Diplomová práce se v literární části zabývala prostudováním botanické a biologické charakteristiky mandloně se zaměřením na biologii kvetení a opylení. V experimentální části bylo cílem během jednoletého pozorování vyhodnotit opylovací poměry, fenologické fáze začátek kvetení, plné kvetení a bohatost kvetení a dále kvalitativní vlastnosti pylu jako jsou životnost a klíčivost. Abstract:
In the literary part, the thesis deals with botanical and biological characteristics of an almond tree with the focus on biology of flowering and pollination. The purpose of the experimental part is to evaluate pollen compatibility, phenological phases of beginning of flowering, full flowering, flowering richness and also the qualitative traits of pollen, such as vitality and germination.
