Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem logistických procesů v nové skladově-výrobní hale společnosti Faurecia Interiors Pardubice s.r.o., která je zaměřena na automobilový průmysl. Výsledkem této práce bude návrh změny manipulačního zařízení pro převoz manipulačních jednotek mezi halami a návrh kompletačního procesu na nové hale.
Abstract:
The bachalor's work deals with analysis and design of logistics processes in the new warehouse and production hall of the company Faurecia Interiors Pardubice s.r.o., which is focused on the automotive industry. The result of this work will be a proposal to change the handling equipment for the transport of handling units between the halls and proposal for the kitting process in the new hall.
