Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá právním rozborem institutu držby, a to včetně jednotlivých právních následků plynoucí z její podstaty. Práce rovněž objasňuje cíle a markantnost tohoto institutu v kontextu civilního práva, ale i jeho změny vybraných ustanovení ve vztahu k předchozím právním úpravám. Práce akcentuje na vyváženost mezi aplikováním právní teorie a ustálené praxe.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the legal analysis of the institute of possession, including individual legal consequences arising from its nature. The thesis also clarifies the objectives and prominence of this institute within the context of the civil law, but also its changes of selected provisions in relation to the previous legislations.
