Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právním jednáním. V této práci jsem využívala zejména zákon č.89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník a zákon č.40/1964 Sb., občanský zákoník ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Tyto dva právní předpisy jsem nejvíce využila v poslední kapitole,kde jsem porovnávala dřívější právní úpravu se současnou právní úpravou. Abstract:
This thesis deals with a legal act. I have used Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code and Act No. 40/1964 Coll., Civil Code in this thesis. I have used the most these two codes in last chapter, where I have compared former legislation with present form.
