Grants and Subsidies Providing for Non-governmental Non-profit Organizations
Abstract:
Cílem mé práce je vymezení možností získání podpory a dotací spolkem z veřejnoprávních rozpočtů i zdrojů soukromoprávního charakteru. Práce je založena na účinné právní úpravě s přihlédnutím k aspektům transparentnosti organizace. Jako příklad pro možnosti financování je zpracován nově založený spolek, který hodlá poskytovat sociální poradenství.
Abstract:
The main goal of my final thesis is to limit opportunities of getting support and grants from public service budgets and sources of civil character. The work is based on effective legal modification with regard to the aspects and transparence of organization. New found association, which is ready to supply social counselling, is worked out as an example of opportunities for funding.
