Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze EU ETS jako nástroje přechodu k bezuhlíkové ekonomice. Nejprve se práce zabývá problematikou externalit a jejich řešení. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of the EU ETS as a tool for the transition to a carbon neutral economy. First of all, the thesis deals with the issue of externalities and their solutions. It then focuses on the EU ETS, discussing its gradual development and other aspects influencing its functioning.
