Abstract:

At the time of instable economy, when companies get rises and unrespectable fallings, there is coming the point who really should be that person leading and succeeding them with his/her skills, knowledge, and competencies? In this Bachelor project I will show You difference between expert and non-expert CEOs and consequent of their comparison that answers the question: Does a CEO have to be an expert in the field, in which company operates?
