Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat případovou studii zaměřenou na Pracovněprávní vztah – odměňování finančních poradců, a to včetně praktických problémů s odměňováním finančních poradců. The present thesis aims at carrying out a case study focusing on labour law relations and, more specifically, on financial adviser reward system – including the practical problems thereof.
