Present circumstances about environmental protection in China, basic problems and searched solution - biomass processing in Yunnan province and Xishuangbanna region

Abstract:

Práce je úvodem do teoretické a praktické aplikace postupů při zajišťování a organizování ochrany lokalit s bohatou biodiverzitou v rámci současného rozvoje prosperity výrobních a spotřebních zdrojů místní populace a komunit. Vytipovaná území a lokality patří druhově k nejbohatším lesním porostům na světě a tak navržené postupy soužití lidské společnosti a přírodních zdrojů v rámci jejich využívání, vytváří jeden z návrhů typového modelu řešení v takových oblastech. Práce blíže charakterizuje vytipované území v jihozápadní Číně provincie Yunnan a oblasti Xishuangbanna. Vedle klasických problematik rozvoje a spotřeby společnosti zdůrazňuje práce současně problematiku nutné komunikace s prostředím. Práce hledá a navrhuje možnosti využívání nových obnovitelných zdrojů energie a biomasy ve spojení s komplexním řešením ochrany přírodního prostředí a hospodářské prosperity v trendech trvale udržitelného rozvaje vytipované oblasti. Závěrečné kapitoly pojednávají také o využívání a vzdělávání lidských zdrojů a organizačních strukturách ve správě a hospodaření v těchto přírodně bohatých regionech

Abstract:

The work is an introduction into the theoretical and practical procedures when providing and organizing the protection of localities including the rich biodiversity within the present prosperity development of the production and consumer resources of the local population and communities. The chosen territories and localities belong worldwide according to their types to the most rich forest stands and the in such a manner suggested procedures concerning the common life of the human society and natural resources within their utilization create one of the drafts of the type solution model in these regions. The work qualifies the chosen territories in the South-West China of the Yunnan province and of the region of Xishuangbanna. At the same time, the work outlines the issue focused on needed communication with the environment next to the classical issues of the ,,Society Development and Consumption? too. The work suggests and looks for possibilities how to use the new energy and biomass resources in relation to the complex solution for the environment and economic prosperity in the trends of the sustainable development of the selected area. The final chapters describe also the utilization and education of the human resources and organizational structures within the administration and management in these rich nature regions
