Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou poskytování informací o trestním řízení. Cílem práce je poskytnout rozbor současné úpravy vztahující se k této problematice zejména úpravy v trestním řádu a v dalších předpisech trestního práva. This thesis deals with the providing of information about criminal proceedings. The aim of this thesis is to provide an analysis of the current regulation pertaining to this issue especially within the Criminal Procedure Code and other criminal laws.
