Eccentric work in the prevention of hamstring muscle injuries in soccer players.
Abstract:
The Hamstring is the frequent muscle that could be injured by the athletes while performing sports that involve sprinting, running and jumping. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a type of an eccentric training in football players, aimed to prevent or reduce injures.
