Formation of the company strategy using stakeholder approach

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat strategii konkrétního podniku s využitím stakeholderského přístupu. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou problematickou strategického řízení i jeho následným propojením se stakeholderským přístupem. Praktická část aplikuje teoretické poznatky na konkrétní podnik. Nejdříve je provedena strategická analýza s využitím klasických prvků strategického řízení, tedy analýza vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí podniku. Na tuto část navazuje stakeholderská analýza, jejímž výstupem jsou doporučení pro zlepšení současného vztahu se stakeholdery podniku. V závěru práce je provedena SWOT analýza, která kombinuje poznatky z předchozích analýz a umožňuje analyzovanému podniku navrhnout vhodnou strategii zohledňující klasický i stakeholderský přístup ke strategickému řízení.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to create a strategy fort a particular company using the stakeholder approach. The theoretical background engages with the general problematic of the strategic management and its subsequent interconnection with the stakeholder approach. The practical part applies the theoretical knowledge to a specific enterprise. First, a strategic analysis is carried out on the basis of classic elements of strategic management, ie analysis of the external and internal environment of the company. This part is followed by the stakeholder analysis, of which outcome is the recommendations for improving the current relationship with the interested enterprises. The end of the thesis contains SWOT analysis, which combines the outcomes from the previous analyses and enables the analysed company to design a suitable strategy, which takes into account the classical and stakeholder approach to strategic management.
