Diplomová práce je zaměřena na právo být slyšen před soudem při přezkumu trvání vazby a je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první z nich jsou definovány základní pojmy, se kterými je dále v textu pracováno. Druhá část práce je věnována právu být slyšen z pohledu rozboru judikatury ESLP. This thesis is foccused on the right to be heard in person during judicial review of duration of pre-trial detention and is dividend into four parts.
