Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zvýšení výkonosti podniku s využitím optimalizace kapitálové struktury. Cílem je najít optimální složení kapitálové struktury a identifikace faktorů, které na ni působí. The diploma thesis is focused on increasing the performance of the company using the optimization of the capital structure. The aim is to find the optimal composition of the capital structure and to identify the factors that affect it.
