Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem hypotečních úvěrů v České republice.V první části je definován hypoteční úvěr, jeho poskytovatelé, nároky na žadatele, podmínky čerpání a splácení a forma státní podpory. This bachelor work is focused on mortgage market trends in the Czech Republic. In the firs part of the work a mortgage is defined, each providers, claims on the aplicant, conditoins of credit transfer and repayment terms.and form of state assistance.
