Implementation of lean management techniques and philosophy of kaizen in selected company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat technikou lean managementu a jeho implementací v praxi. V teoretické části budou rozepsané jednotlivé metody tohoto japonského stylu myšlení. Jejich cílem bude eliminace veškerých prostojů, které se v podniku objevují. Jedná se převážně o metody kaizen, 5S a muda. Poznatky z nich získané se promítnou v praktické části práce, kde budou dávat základ pro řešení problémů v úseku expedice. Vzniklý layout místa pracoviště ponese prvky každé z těchto metod a tím bude napomáhat plynulejšímu a efektivnějšímu procesu expedování ve společnosti.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis will deal with the technique of lean management and its implementation in practice. The theoretical part describes the individual methods of the Japanese way of thinking. Their goal will be to eliminate any downtimes, which appears in the company. These are mostly methods Kaizen, 5S and muda. The knowledge derived from them will be reflected in the practical part, which will give the basis for solving problems in the expedition section. The resulting layout of the workplace will bear elements of each of these methods and thus will facilitate smoother and more efficient process of expediting in the company.
