Abstract:
Práce je věnovaná analýze systému řízení regionální teplárny a snahám o dosažení dlouhodobě udržitelného rozvoje. Zkoumá dopady produkce skleníkových plynů na životní prostředí, zabývá se rozvojem tepelného hospodářství. Věnuje se legislativním předpisům řídícím činnost kotelen a tepláren a v této souvislosti zkoumá soulad provozních systémů s normami ISO 14 000 a EMAS.

The work is devoted to the analysis of the regional heating plant management system and efforts to achieve long-term sustainable development. It examines the environmental impact of greenhouse gas production, deals with the development of the heat economy.
