Tato práce pojednává o fenoménu Airbnb, tedy o části segmentu sdílené ekonomi-ky, jenž svým zaměřením zasahuje nejen do fungování trhu turistického ubytování, ale dle názorů široké veřejnosti ovlivňuje negativně ceny nájmů a nemovitostí. Abstract:
This thesis is researching an Airbnb phenomenon, which is part of shared econo-my. Short-term rentals provided by Airbnb are being told to have an impact on both, the destination and the property market in it. Therefore, aim of this thesis is either to prove or deny impact of the short-term rentals on the residential market.
