A Business Plan for the New Company "The Cupcake Factory"

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to create a business plan for a specialized confectioner's and a sweetshop baking and selling cupcakes, macarons and also additional assortment, such as cakes. This bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts. One of these parts is the theoretical part, characterizing a business and entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic in a general point of view, in addition with the theoretical conception of a business plan. The analytical part is made up of the specific business plan for the company The Cupcake Factory. This plan is composed of the basic description of the company, marketing plan, operational plan, financial analysis and the risk analysis. The aim of this thesis was to create a real business planfor the confectioner's an the sweetshop on the base of accomplished analyses.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření podnikatelského záměru pro cukrárnu a prodejnu cukrovinek specializující se na výrobu a prodej cupcaků, makronek a doplňkového sortimentu - dortů. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Jednou z nich je část teoretická, popisující podnik a podnikání v České republice v obecném pojetí a nahlíží také na teoretický výklad podnikatelského záměru. V části praktické je pak sestaven specifický podnikatelský záměr pro společnost The Cupcake Factory. Tento plán se skládá ze základního popisu společnosti, marketingového plánu, operačního plánu, finanční analýzy a analýzy risků. Cílem práce je vytvořit reálný podnikatelský záměr pro cukrárnu na základě vytvořených analýz.
