Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současných procesů ve skladovém managementu vybraného podniku a na návrh informačního systému pro efektivnější řízení skladových operací. Po analýze potřeb podniku navrhujeme informační systém, který pokrývá klíčové požadavky a využívá moderní technologie.
