Diplomová práce se věnuje dopadu zavedení nové regulace v oblasti pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů. Novou regulací je v tomto kontextu myšlen zákon č. 170/2018 Sb. o distribuci pojištění a zajištění. The diploma thesis deals with an impact of introduction of a new regulation in the field of insurance intermediaries. In this context, the new regulation means Act No. 170/2018 Coll. on the distribution of insurance and reinsurance.
